Club 50 Pickleball
Have you tried Pickleball!

Are you interested in learning more, seeing how it’s played, discovering the simple rules, even giving it a try? Club 50’s own Sue Cole, 2019 U.S Senior Women's Champion, has offered this second session to explain, demonstrate and help members give this sport a try. Try it, you’ll like it!

We’ll be using the courts at Langendorf Park in Barrington, near Route 14 & 59. This next session is set for Tuesday, September 28 (10 AM), lasting about two hours, with optional lunch to follow.

No special equipment required, just some athletic shoes. If you want to come next Tuesday, please email Sue at:
Bowling Resumes at Pinstripes
Published on: 6/5/2021
Everything is still $12 for us and includes lunch and non-alcoholic beverages, plus socks and rental of balls and shoes. Obviously, there is no buffet. You place your order when the server comes to your lane, and it's delivered to you. The menu is listed below—price for us may vary slightly depending on what you order.

Pinstripes said they are constantly spraying and cleaning all of the surfaces, equipment, etc. As for the balls, after people use them, they are cleaned. As for people putting their hands in multiple balls, they can't prevent that, nor can they follow behind someone as they try out different balls. A suggestion is to wear a surgical glove to bowl with or while finding a suitable ball.

If you’re vaccinated and feel comfortable, join the group on June 14, July 12, and August 9.

Chicagoland Club 50 Facebook Page
Joe Strzelecki volunteered to give Club 50 a Facebook presence ̶ a private page for all of us with a Facebook account to post photos and comments and also a public page to advertise Club 50 to those over 50 years of age looking for an active sports life. Joe has volunteered to be the administrator of both.
