Backyards for Ten
Following CDC and State of Illinois guidelines, Club 50 started our in-person activity season with backyard gatherings for no more than ten people. Jo Day and George Giesey, Peggy Simonsen and Adrienne Woodside provided the deck chairs and safe snacks. Adrienne’s dog, Louise, provided the comedy, jumping on the table of carefully prepared chicken satay with peanut sauce and shrimp on a stick, sampling everything, but she passed up the deviled eggs!
