Club 50 member Louise Schuldt plays flute and piccolo in the Crystal Lake community band at the main beach in Crystal Lake.
The band plays a variety of music from marches to show tunes to jazz to classical. A little something for everyone!
Entry is free to the beach after 5:00 pm with parking across the street.
Bring lawn chairs. Bring your dinner/snacks and make it a Ravinia style night! Beer and wine are permitted in the park area.
Louise may or may not be able to scout out a spot for the group to sit together but contact her if you plan to attend. She can alert you what Club 50 members to look for.
If the first people to arrive get there by 6:00 pm, they should be able to find a good spot for the group. In the event of bad weather, Louise will know by 5:00 pm if the concert is cancelled.
